Refund Policy

Every BeThatDad product is either delivered to you instantly or printed just for you. Because of that, there are no refunds for change of mind.

Digital products

The ebook, audiobook, Digital Bundle, 30-Day Challenge and The System (Digital) are delivered to your inbox the moment you order. Once delivered they can't be returned, so digital products are not refundable.

If your download doesn't arrive or a file won't open, email me and I'll sort it.

Printed books

Paperbacks, hardcovers and The System: Hardcover Edition are printed to order, one copy for one person. Change of mind returns aren't available.

If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, send a photo to hello@bethatdad.co within 30 days of delivery and a replacement goes out at no cost. If it never arrives, our shipping page explains when we reprint and resend.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer laws where you live. If a product has a major fault, you're entitled to a remedy, which can include a refund.
